STATEMENTS

Antonio Barrera is a young artist who lives and works in Lebrija, Sevilla. Spain. He has a Fine Art Degree by University of Seville.His painting referents are Velázquez, Antonio López and Lucien Freud and others. He tries to paint simplifying all that he see, and all who is near from he. The most important is the light and the colour to make the true with his paintings.
I love painting things or places wich are close to me, that I can see every day when I am walking or driving, I mix in my canvas my views, experiences and memories.
